EDI Group Secures New Tenant at Award-Winning Cowgate Development

The EDI Group has let 3,501 sq ft of office accommodation at 156 Cowgate to Access to Industry, an organisation which helps move excluded people into education and on to employment across the South East of Scotland.
156 Cowgate forms the final phase within the award-winning Tron regeneration programme and the letting to Access to Industry completes the line-up of tenants at the mixed use development.
Iain Taylor from Ryden, who represented EDI in the deal, comments: “Despite what is widely regarded as being the toughest occupational market in recent years, this letting to Access to Industry proves there is still activity. Landlords need to be able to understand and react to specific occupiers needs in order to get a result, and it was the ability of EDI to do this which resulted in a successful letting.”
Steven Reid from EDI added: “The Cowgate is an untraditional office location and we are delighted to have secured Access to Industry as our tenant at 156 Cowgate. In a difficult letting market we have worked closely with Ryden to achieve another successful letting.”
