Clyde Waterfront Residential Development Status Update Research
02 July 2009
Ryden, over the course of June 2009, has undertaken research to update the development status of over 70 residential development projects along the River Clyde. Ryden was appointed by Scottish Enterprise West Region (on behalf of the Clyde Waterfront Partnership) to undertake the study.
The development status of all residential and commercial property projects along the River Clyde need to be updated regularly, and recorded on Clyde Waterfront’s website. Alastair McKenzie, Senior Project Manager at Scottish Enterprise West Region said: “with the property market constantly changing we needed specialist advice on the local residential market to update our information and Ryden was able to assist with this straight away.”
Ryden’s findings will be posted on Clyde Waterfront’s website, which can be accessed here.
Iain Wardrop, Associate in Ryden’s Consulting Group commented: “The Clyde Waterfront project is a high profile regeneration initiative and requires up to date and accurate information. Ryden is well placed to work closely with Scottish Enterprise West Region in undertaking this residential market research.”
The Clyde Waterfront Regeneration Initiative aims to revitalise 13 miles of the River Clyde from Glasgow Green to Erskine and Dumbarton. A key element of the project is the development of 23,000 new houses.
