Closing date set for retail unit on Nicolson Street

Ryden has set a closing date for a 4,118 sq ft retail unit at 7-11 Nicolson Street in Edinburgh’s Old Town. It is the former retail outlet run by the University of Edinburgh for the sale of its merchandise. Offers in excess of £30,000 per annum are being sought.
The unit has been on the market for only two weeks and in that time generated very strong interest from nationwide operators.

The closing date is set for Friday 14 August 2009.
