Broadway One at Renfield Street let to Tesco Personal Finance Plc

IVG Development (UK) and Ediston Properties, joint developers of Glasgow’s newest Grade A office building, Broadway One on Renfield Street, have announced the building has been 100% let to Tesco Personal Finance Plc having achieved practical completion less than 3 months ago.

The deal to Tesco Personal Finance is understood to be the largest letting of a speculative building in Glasgow in the last 10 years as Tesco expands its personal banking business. Tesco Personal Finance Plc is the UK’s largest supermarket bank with over 6 million customer accounts across 28 financial products and services.

Broadway One comprises 126,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over ground and six upper floors, with basement car parking. Large floor plates and environmental sustainability were two of the key drivers in the design of Broadway One.

Tesco Personal Finance Plc was advised by DTZ and Ryden acted for the joint developers IVG Development (UK) Ltd and Ediston Properties Ltd.
