British Wool Marketing Board buys new depot in Bradford

Advised by Ryden, British Wool Marketing Board (BWMB) has acquired a new depot in a multi-million pound deal.  The 114,000 sq ft building on Canal Road in Bradford will become BWMB’s new area depot for the distribution of wool.  Ryden provided BWMB with building consultancy and valuation advice throughout their search for a new premises.

BWMB has been located in Bradford for more than 30 years.  Their headquarters is in the city’s Euroway Industrial Estate.  The organisation operates a central marketing system for UK fleece wool with the aim of achieving the best possible net return for farmers.
