Griffiths & Armour, one of the UK’s leading independent Insurance Brokers and Risk Managers, has taken a lease of the ground floor of Queens House, St Vincent Place in Glasgow city centre. The suite extends to 2,400 sq ft and the rental is £16.00 per sq ft.
The suite was refurbished to a high standard by the landlord, ING Real Estate, who has successfully completed a number of lettings within Queens House.
