Acting on behalf of a private client, Ryden has negotiated the acquisition of 7 Queen Street, Edinburgh for a new commercial venture. The purchase price was £737,500.
The property comprises a townhouse building with 4,709 sq ft of office space, plus ancillary storage and three parking spaces. The property is to be extensively refurbished.
