
£4.96m Excelsior Park deal

On behalf of The Excelsior Laundry Syndicate and Chancery Partnership, Ryden has sold a well secured modern industrial unit at Excelsior Park in Wishaw for £4.96 million to Aviva Fund Managers. The deal represents a net initial yield of 7%.
The 35,360 sq ft unit is a former enterprise zone building and is let to NHS Lanarkshire on a FRI lease expiring in 2024. The passing rent is £371,016 per annum, with fixed uplifts of 2.6% applied annually.
