2.72 acre site sold in Grangemouth

Ryden is pleased to announce the sale of 2.72 acres of industrial land on Earls Road, Grangemouth on behalf of Kemfine UK Ltd.
The land, which was deemed surplus by Kemfine, was extensively marketed by Ryden and due to considerable interest being shown the company set a closing date for offers. The successful purchaser is Mount Plant who own adjoining property. The purchase price is confidential; however the asking price was for offers in excess of £550,000. Mount Plant will utilise the property for the expansion of their plant and machinery business.
Kemfine UK Ltd has further land available from 1 to 20 acres at Earls Gate Park, also in Grangemouth. This land is fully serviced and ready for immediate development.
