For private clients, Ryden has acquired the Heritable Interest in a modern multi-let industrial investment at Brand Street, Glasgow for £1.3 million. The purchase price reflects a net initial yield of 9.8%.
The 18,500 sq ft industrial estate is located on the south side of the River Clyde, in close proximity to Pacific Quay and a short drive from Glasgow City Centre. It comprises 18 units across three terraces and is fully let to a number of tenants including Artem Ltd and Richard Park Decorators, on short to medium term income. The estate produces an annual rental of £135,080 per annum.
