It is with deep sadness and sorrow that we confirm the tragic death of Richard Porter at the young age of 45.
Richard's family held a private funeral for him on 30 December in Kilmarnock.
“Bumpy”, as he was affectionately known, joined Ryden in 1997 and enjoyed success with our Edinburgh office agency department before joining our investment team and progressing to Partner in 2007.
We have received many messages of sympathy and support from across the property industry reflecting the regard in which Bumpy was held and the widespread shock at the tragic news.
