Substantial Renfrew Facility Brought to the Market
05 September 2008
Ryden has been retained by Clydeport Limited to market a substantial industrial facility at Meadowside Complex in Renfrew.
The property was formerly occupied by AMEC Construction as one of their main facilities servicing the wider Glasgow area. It has been placed on the market either as a whole or in part on a flexible lease basis.
The total site extends to four hectares (9.8 acres) and comprises two stand-alone office buildings extending to 12,931 and 6,955 sq ft respectively. There are also two separate warehouse buildings extending to 30,722 sq ft and 10,900 sq ft and around five acres of secure yardage. Clydeport will consider sub-dividing the yard areas or the buildings if required.
Charlie Lawrence, Associate at Ryden, said: “This is an excellent instruction. This property offers a unique mix of office space, warehouse units and secure yardage. The range of buildings and scale of the site enables us to offer extremely flexible space at competitive rentals. The property is suited to storage of plant, equipment and vehicles. Given the shortage of properties with large yard areas, I am confident we will attract demand from businesses across the wider Glasgow area.”
