Facilities Management Contract Win

Following a competitive tendering process, Counselling and Family Mediation Scotland has awarded Ryden a new facilities management contract for their officesin18 York Place, Edinburgh
Ryden’s remit will include reviewing the mediator’s tenancy of the building to ensure compliance with health and safety and fire regulations. The firm will also handle service contracts and re-tender in instances where these could be improved or upgraded. The overall remit will ensure complete compliance with new legislation and providing a helpdesk for emergency situations.
Jim Anderson, facilities manager at Ryden, said: “We are pleased to have won the tender for this contract. Through our knowledge of statutory requirements and contractor network we will be able to provide a cost effective facilities service which will free the client to deal with other business activities.
