Wordie Properties Ltd, owner of Kings Park House, Laurelhill Office Park, Stirling today announced a significant letting at the building. Gladedale Group Ltd has signed a lease of around 7,500 sq ft within the high quality property. Previously occupied by Amarin Neuroscience, the accommodation offers self-contained open plan accommodation over ground and first floors. Gladedale Group Ltd have taken a 10 year lease on full repairing and insuring terms, subject to a tenant’s break option at the end of the third year.
