Wira Goes for £11m

Ryden has advised Highcross on the purchase of WIRA House and WIRA Business Park on Leeds Outer Ring Road at Lawnswood.Ryden closed the deal on the 110,897 ft² office and Business Park property for £11 million reflecting a net initial yield of 6.79%. The property is let to a variety of tenants including the British Textile Technology Group, Rivendell Europe, Leeds Direct Distribution and Rilwood Associates.The property provides Highcross with a number of opportunities to improve and refurbish vacant accommodation and offer it to lease through retained letting agents, Ryden.The property was previously owned by Frogmore who were represented by Hague Nicholls and Jones Lang LaSalle.
