Vantage Point Fully Let

ING’s Vantage Point at Howley Park, Morley is now fully let after Ryden sealed the deal on the final unit with Harden Pumps and Tanks Ltd.
Unit 1 has been taken at £8.25 per sq ft on a 3-year lease. Harden Pumps and Tanks Ltd will join Asda, Seasons Soft Drinks and Metalfast at the estate.
Lucy Broady of Ryden said: “It’s great to see Vantage Point fully let. Ryden has been involved there for around six years in a management and agency capacity and has brought in a number of the current tenants.
Ryden acted for ING; Harden Pumps and Tanks Ltd was self-represented.
