Three New ChildLine Centres for Scotland
17 September 2008
Acting on behalf of the NSPCC, Ryden has acquired three new office premises across Scotland totalling 18,744 sq ft, which will serve as ChildLine counselling centres.
The centres are located at Ruby House, Ruby Lane in Aberdeen; Tara House, Bath Street in Glasgow; and 11 Thistle Street in Edinburgh.
The new ChildLine centres will allow the NSPCC to expand the support to children across Scotland and brings the total number of counselling centres now in the UK to 12.
Ryden acted on behalf of the NSPCC and the respective landlords were represented by FG Burnett (Aberdeen) and DTZ (Glasgow and Edinburgh).
