Acting on behalf of landlords, Thistle Property Group, Ryden has just concluded 3 deals at Thistle House, 21-23 Thistle Street, Edinburgh and has the top floor under offer.
Consultants Smith Corporate, legal firm Paull & Williamsons and recruitment agency Pertemps have all taken space at the refurbished office property in the city. Smith Corporate has taken a ground floor suite totalling 550 sq ft. Paull and Williamsons took 2 suites totalling 1,290 sq ft and Pertemps has taken 2,134 sq ft. Rents range from £17.50 to £19.00 per sq ft
