Ryden has let all available units at Righead Point, Melford Road at Righead Industrial Estate in Bellshill on behalf of KG Estates Limited.
KG Estates purchased the 33,998 sq ft former Sheffield Insulation Group building in February 2007 and refurbished and subdivided the property, making it particularly suitable for trade counter occupiers. Since, three 10-year leases have been secured at between £5.15 to £5.50 per sq ft with Moores Furniture Group (units 3 & 4 extending to 16,819 sq ft), Arco (unit 1at 8,355 sq ft) and Screwfix Limited (unit 2 at 8,355 sq ft).
The prominence of the property on to Melford Road was a key selling feature.
