Ryden Triumphs at Scotland's Top Property Awards

Last night the achievements of Scottish property professionals were celebrated at the 2006 Scottish Property Awards. Ryden picked up the award for Industrial/Business Space Agency Team of the Year for the sixth year running. The sell-out awards ceremony, held in Glasgow’s Hilton hotel, was organised by leading industry publication Property Week. This year’s hosts were sports presenters Dougie Donnelly and Hazel Irvine who presented to an audience of around 1000 property professionals. Ryden Partner Roy Durie collected the award on behalf of Ryden’s Industrial Group. He said: “In Scotland we have specialist industrial agents working from our five offices. We work hard at providing our clients with good advice on the sale, letting, purchasing and relocating of industrial properties. It is a delight to win this award for the sixth time in a row.” The awards recognise talent in the industry and are the main highlight of the Scottish commercial property calendar. Ryden was short-listed for awards in 3 other categories including professional, offices and investment agency team of the year.
