Ryden Wins New Management Instruction
9th November 2007
Ryden has won a new instruction with Scott Properties, a new venture and part of the Scott Timber Group. Ryden will manage, collect rent, administer service charge and insurance, and conduct inspections to ensure tenants in 56 properties in Stirling meet their lease obligations.
Tenants include Cable & Wireless, Bathroom Planet and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Ryden will also be responsible for rent reviews and lease assignations and, under the contract, providing agency and professional services including valuation and rating.
Susan Cameron of Ryden said: “This is a good instruction to win as it involves specialists across Ryden. We work together to provide an integrated service for our clients across the country, whatever their property needs.”
