Ryden is Scotland's Top Performing Agent

The latest league tables published on Friday last week by CoStar Group confirm that Ryden is the top performing industrial property agent in Scotland.
CoStar, the UK’s largest property research company providing independent and verified data, analysed the market activity of Scottish property firms over the last year in terms of the availability and disposals of industrial property on their books. The research found that Ryden has around 4 million sq ft of space available and has let or sold around 1.5 million sq ft of space over the last year – more than any competitor.
The league tables showed the firm’s dominance in the Lothians market, of which it has a 25% share, and confirmed that the firm is a formidable player in the Clyde Valley, where Ryden transacted on just under 600,000 sq ft of space within the last twelve months.
Roy Durie, senior partner at Ryden, said: “Regardless of the financial climate we are pleased to lead the way in Scotland in finding new occupiers at industrial properties, thus creating and securing job opportunities.”
On a roll, Ryden was also recently named as the most active agent in the West of Scotland, Central Scotland and Inverness by EGi, and recently scooped the Agency award at the Property Executive Development Award 2008.
