Top Spot for Ryden

Ryden is officially Scotland's most active property agent following a competition run by property magazine Estates Gazette. It is the second year in a row that the firm has scooped the Scotland-wide award.The competition is based on research by Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi) and judged on the total number of commercial property deals completed over the last 12 months. Ryden also had sectoral successes, also being named most active offices agent and most active industrial agent in Scotland in the last year.Fiona Morton, managing partner of Ryden, said: " Recognition of our achievements is always welcome and an occasion for celebration. I congratulate all of Ryden's agency teams who work with such enthusiasm throughout the year to achieve great results for our clients." 2006 was another strong year for the firm after scooping 6 industry awards and announcing record turnover and profits.
