Ryden Retained by Merchant Company

Following a competitive tendering process, Ryden has been re-appointed by the Merchant Company to manage itsportfolio ofEdinburgh properties. The firm has managed the diverse portfolio for the last 12 years however the new contract also includes building consultancy services.
Ryden’s remit will include rent collection, service charge administration, planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
The portfolio comprises retail, housing, offices and a car park, including the Merchant Company’s offices in Hanover Street and Albany House in Albany Street.
Susan Cameron of Ryden said: “We are pleased to be reappointed to manage the Merchant Company’s property affairs after 12 years of continuous service. We feel this gives out a very positive message to the market about the quality of our advice, service and client care.”
