Ryden, acting on behalf of a private landlord, has let 51 William Street, Edinburgh to gastronomic delights producer Rocco Venezia Ltd. The property will become the first retail outlet for the company.The premises occupy a prominent position on William Street and extend to 400 sq ft over ground floor. Rocco Venezia agreed an 8 year full repairing and insuring lease based on a rent of £9,000 pa exclusive. Rocco Venezia Ltd was unrepresented.
