Sale of 8 Melford Road, Righead Industrial Estate, Bellshill

Ryden, on behalf of SIG Trading Limited, has sold 8 Melford Road, Righead Industrial Estate, Bellshill to property company KG Estates Limited for £1.1 million. KG Estates Limited intends to fully refurbish the property and split it into four dedicated trade counter/warehouse units of around 8,300 sq ft each. Ryden has been retained to market the refurbished space.Charlie Lawrence, senior surveyor at Ryden, said: “This is an excellent sale for my client to facilitate their relocation to new purpose built premises at Eurocentral”. He added: “This property is extremely prominent on Melford Road and occupies a key position within Righead Industrial Estate. I am sure it will prove popular with trade counter and general industrial businesses”.KG Estates was unrepresented in the deal.
