
Rent Review for the PRU

Ryden has been instructed by PRUPIM to conduct a rent review of its 136,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at Glasgow Gateway, Cambuslang. The unit is leased to drinks distributor Excel Tradeteam.
Ryden purchased the £12.5million investment for PRUPIM in January.
Cambuslang is a strategic distribution site and is part of the Gateway Glasgow scheme located five miles east of Glasgow city centre at Junction one of the M74 motorway. The location is set to improve further with the M74 extension into central Glasgow due to complete in 2008.
