Ryden has been appointed by James Keiller Estates Ltd to market a substantial refurbished industrial/office facility at Elliot Business Park in Arbroath.
The 71,080 sq ft former seed crushing factory has been extensively refurbished to provide flexible accommodation within a secure yard area. The building provides a number of units ranging in size from 6,840 sq ft to 14,470 sq ft which can be further sub divided to meet a variety of uses and individual occupier requirements. Rents are from £4.25 per sq ft.
