Rangers FC has instructed Ryden to market existing leasehold interest in units 2, 3 & 4 at Invergyle Court, Ibrox Business Park in Glasgow. The units have become surplus to requirement.The 10,899 sq ft property, a modern terraced industrial unit, incorporates a 4,183 sq.ft. mezzanine. It is currently held on a lease by Rangers until 2015 at a rent of £58,500 per annum but the units have become surplus to requirement.As part of an incentive scheme, Rangers is offering two free match tickets to any agent who acquires the unit on behalf of a client, or alternatively to an agent who introduces a tenant who then acquires the property.
