Acting for Alexandra Plc, Ryden has let an office suite at AlexandraHouse at 21-23 Cliftonhall Road in Newbridge to ROK Building LTD. The 4,156 sq ft office suite has been taken on a 15-year lease with 4yearly break options at £62,340 per annum.
14,000 sq ft is still available at Alexandra House in suites from 3,000sq ft upwards, to be refurbished and available on flexible terms.Donaldsons acted for ROK.
