Prospect Point Proving Popular
13th February 2006
Expanding corporate sports event organiser Activitymix has taken a five year lease of the 2,500sq. ft ground floor of Ocean Sprint House in Aberdeen 's Prospect Point complex at Waterloo Quay. Activitymix is relocating from Voyager House, also on Waterloo Quay. Rik Johnston, Managing Director of Activitymix said: "Prospect Point was the obvious choice for us. It offered air conditioned offices at an attractive rent. They were able to adapt the accommodation to the specification we required with no hassle". Prospect Point has welcomed Nescofish, The National Autistic Society and Protocol Skills in recent months and existing tenants have continued to expand within the complex. A total of 8,000 sq ft has been successfully let by Ryden. Gordon Pirie, Surveyor at Ryden, considers that the refurbished office accommodation at Waterloo Quay is proving popular within this ever improving area of the City. He comments: "Demand for office accommodation has strengthened within the last 6 months and the owner's ongoing refurbishment program has helped attract tenants by providing good quality, cost-effective space. In addition, the accommodation can be adapted to any specification required by tenants and a further advantage is the car parking availability at the complex". Young and Co represented Activity Mix. Ryden represented Prospect Point Investments.
