Ryden Short-listed in Four Categories for Property 'Oscars'

Ryden has been short-listed
in four different categories for this year's Scottish Property
Awards, the commercial property industry's equivalent of the
Oscars.
The firm has been short-listed to win 2006's team of the year
in:
* offices
* industrial/business space
* professional
* investment
It is the 6th year running that Ryden has been in the short-list
for industrial category and the team has scooped the accolade
for the last 5 years running.
The awards ceremony will take place on 17th May in the Glasgow
Hilton where around 1000 property professionals will attend.
This year, firms had to apply for a chance to win for these
team awards. Teams had to complete detailed submissions explaining
what their work involves and what their strategies are for developing
business.
