New Management for Kenmore's Scottish Portfolio

Kenmore Property Group Ltd has appointed Ryden to manage its entire £130m Scottish Portfolio. Kenmore has also outsourced the collection of all rent, service charge and insurance premiums to the commercial property firm. Ryden will be managing approximately 30 properties throughout Scotland with over 150 tenants and an annual rent roll in excess of £8 million. The contract will be overseen from Ryden's Edinburgh headquarters with day to day management being carried out from all of the firm's five Scottish offices. The Nethergate Centre in Dundee , will shortly undergo a £4m refurbishment and Ryden will be assisting Kenmore in the smooth running of the project, liasing with the existing tenants who will remain in occupation throughout the duration of the works.
