Pre-letting Secured at Clydesdale House

A significant office pre-letting has been secured at Clydesdale House, part of the Springhill Business Village office development at Glasgow Business Park.  Ryden handled the transaction for clients Silverbank Development Company.

Stappard Howes, one of the largest infrastructural suppliers in the UK, has taken c. 4,250 sq ft within the ground floor suite on a 10 year lease ahead of the building’s practical completion.  The firm is relocating from their existing premises in Coatbridge.

On completion in August 2008 Clydesdale House will be the first building to be constructed as part of the Springhill Business Village development.  It will provide 25,000 sq ft of office space and accommodate requirements from 2,000 sq ft upwards to single floorplates of approximately 8,200 sq ft. The development is prominently situated on Glasgow Business Park and is accessed from junction 9 of the M8. The quoting rental is £15.50 psf for the accommodation.
