JSD Partners Ltd, a growing Fastway Courier franchise, has signed a new lease at Glover Way in Parkside Industrial Estate, Leeds. Joint agents Ryden and King Sturge acted on behalf of ING Real Estate Investment Management.
JSD will occupy unit 11 comprising 9,846 sq ft of modern warehouse space with two storey offices. The rent for the 5-year FRI lease was agreed at £49,000 which equates to £4.98 per sq ft.

Tenants at Glover Way include Plastic Art Co Ltd, Hargreaves Training Services, Croome Transport and TFT Educational Supplies.
