
More Letting Success at Orbital House

Kenmore has announced a new letting within their landmark Orbital House building in East Kilbride. The Danwood Group Ltd has taken a five year lease for over 2,200 sq ft of office space at £14 per sq ft. Danwood is the UK and Ireland’s largest independent supplier of print and copy solutions and has a UK-wide network.Gary Elms of Danwood Scotland commented: “Orbital House provides exactly the type of office space we require in Scotland to complement our existing offices in Livingston and Aberdeen and further demonstrates Danwood's commitment to Scotland. The building provides high quality office space, which was available on a flexible lease term and at a competitive rental level."Gregor Martin of Kenmore commented: “We are delighted to add Danwood Group Ltd to our growing list of occupiers at Orbital House; they join British Energy, Veolia Westgarth Ltd and Goals.
