New Office for Nucleus

Nucleus Financial Group (with Ryden acting) has acquired a refurbished mews office building at 39 Thistle Street Lane South West in Edinburgh.
Nucleus has taken the 1,720 sq ft offices at £35,000 pa on a 5-year lease after outgrowing existing offices at 8 Albany Street.
CKD Galbraith acted for the landlord (USF Nominees Ltd).
