New Letting at Newington Business Park

In the latest letting at Newington Business Centre, a bespoke development catering for small businesses, BW Solicitors has just sealed a deal on unit 5.
The solicitors are second arrival at the centre and have taken 660 sq ft at £9000 per annum for 5-years with a 3-year break option.
BW Solicitors was self-represented; Ryden represented the landlord.
Newington Business Centre is a new development situated just off Dalkeith Road, south of Edinburgh City Centre which completed at the beginning of 2007. The development comprises 7 self-contained office units ranging in size from 365 sq ft to 1,039 sq ft with private on-site parking. The first letting, of a 629 sq ft unit, was to marketing company Sweet Monster Ltd.
