First Letting at Newington Business Centre

Ryden has secured the first tenant at a new office development catering for small businesses in Edinburgh. Newly formed marketing company, Sweet Monster Ltd, has taken a lease of a 629 sq ft unit at £9,000 per annum on flexible terms.
Newington Business Centre is a new development situated just off Dalkeith Road, south of Edinburgh city centre which completed at the beginning of 2007. The development comprises 7 self-contained office units ranging in size from 365 sq ft to 1,039 sq ft with private on-site parking.
