New Tenant at Rosyth Europarc Business Innovation Centre

19 December 2008

Ryden, on behalf of Kenmore Property Group (Adam & Company 2nd Property Partnership), has secured EPS Environmental Ltd at Rosyth Europarc Business Innovation Centre (REBIC), following a restructuring of licences within the building.

EPS Environmental Ltd, a member of the EPS Group, Ireland’s largest company specialising in designing, supplying and installing water and waste water treatment systems, has taken four suites extending 1,200 sq ft on an initial 6 month licence. The firm is relocating from its existing office across the road at Workzone and joins joint venture partner Lagan Construction at REBIC.

Susan Cameron, Associate at Ryden, commented: “We’re delighted that EPS Environmental has taken space at the centre and as a result of this latest deal less than 3,000 sq ft of vacant office space remains, which is available in suites from 99 to 533 sq ft on very flexible terms”.

Christine Ballantyne, Office Manager at REBIC, noted: “The fact that we could tailor the accommodation and terms to EPS Environmental’s requirements were key factors in their decision to relocate to the centre”.

The two-storey REBIC, which is located within minutes of the M90 motorway and Forth Road Bridge,  provides a total 6,500 sq ft of fully serviced high quality office space. The centre provides furnished work-areas, secretarial support, private car parking, boardroom/meeting room facilities and virtual offices.  Rental costs vary according to occupier requirements.
