New Letting at Glasgow's Kinning Park

On behalf of property company Claremont Centre Limited, Ryden has let Bay 1, 31 MacLellan Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow to print management UK specialists Access Plus (Scotland) Limited. 

The space extends 10,000 sq ft and was let on the basis of a new FRI lease at a rent of £25,000 per annum.  It will be used by Access Plus as a new depot to service Glasgow.

Charlie Lawrence, Associate at Ryden said: “I am pleased to announce this deal on behalf of my client. Kinning Park is an excellent location with good access to the M8 and the City Centre.  Claremont Centre provided Access Plus with cost effective warehouse space, and I’m sure they will trade well from this location.”

Access Plus joins Panalux Ltd as tenants at Kinning Park.

Access Plus was unrepresented in the deal.
