Reprographic printing company Service Point UK Ltd has taken a 15-year lease at Houstoun Industrial Estate in Livingston . The firm is relocating from current premises in Sighthill to more suitable location upon the expiry of its existing lease. The rent agreed is £20,000 (around £8.90 per sq ft) for the 2,200 sq ft office/ industrial premises with adjoining workshop. Alan Herriot, Surveyor at Ryden said: "Market rents in Livingston are on the rise, particularly for quasi-office/industrial space. Our client, Pavo Steel Specialists Limited, has achieved a good rate for this property." Ryden represented Pavo, while Servicepoint was represented by David Coskie Wright and Partners.
