National Car Parks Ltd (NCP) has taken 4,550 sq ft of office space at 11 Broughton Market in Edinburgh on a 7-year lease.
Ryden agreed the £31,350 rent with a tenant’s break option after 5 years for landlords Burrows & Co (Wools) Ltd.
