Recruitment Company Takes Prime Edinburgh Space
17th August 2006
Recruitment experts, Munro Consulting, has leased a prime city centre site to open their new Edinburgh office, consolidating their presence in the city. Acting on behalf of Munro Consulting, International property consultants, Knight Frank, has brokered a deal for 8 Randolph Crescent on five year lease terms for £24,000 per annum. The 1,578 sq ft office leased from City and Pacific, who were advised by Ryden, will open as their new Edinburgh office later this month. The property comprises of a historic townhouse which is converted to modern office standards and is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic west end, in close proximity to the business and financial districts. Allan Matthews, Associate at Ryden commented “The demand for this office suite was such that it was let again even prior to the completion of the refurbishment. We are hoping for a similar result at another prime office building owned by City & Pacific at 6 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, which will shortly become vacant. Extending to 3,300 sq ft with 3 car spaces to the rear, this will offer a superb opportunity for a medium sized organisation to move into one of Edinburgh’s premier business locations.”Roddy Abram, Surveyor at Knight Frank’s Edinburgh office, said: “Randolph Crescent is a popular choice for office space due to its highly sought-after location close to Edinburgh’s business quarter. Townhouse office space is still very desirable in Edinburgh as it is usually this style of property that offers the best city centre locations. 8 Randolph Crescent is a perfect location for Munro Consulting and the quality of space offered sealed their decision.”
