More Units Snapped Up at Moorpark Central

Ryden today announced the letting of units E, F and G at Moorpark Central in Govan on behalf of Silverbank Development Company Limited to ducting manufacturer CCL Limited. Expanding firm, CCL, has agreed a new 15-year lease. The 15,113 sq ft property provides modern warehouse accommodation set within a secure site. Charlie Lawrence, Surveyor at Ryden commented: "This is an excellent letting for both my client and the occupier. CCL has secured the expansion space that it requires within Govan and my client has secured a good quality tenant for this award winning development. This leaves only Unit D, which is 8,000 sq ft, currently available, and further reduces the supply of modern, good quality industrial accommodation across the city." CCL was represented in-house; Ryden acted for Silverbank Development Company Limited.
