New Appointment as Mark Jacobs Joins Ryden

Ryden continues to strengthen its teams across the country with the appointment of Mark Jacobs as a senior building surveyor.
Mark, a chartered surveyor, joins Ryden from Surveying Solutions Ltd, where he worked for eight years as a building surveyor managing construction projects, conducting building surveys, undertaking valuations and carrying out dilapidations.
Mark (30) graduated with a first class honours degree in building surveying from Heriot-Watt University. He will be actively involved in Ryden’s new energy performance certification service, providing up-to-date quality advice to property owners when the associated legislation is fully introduced.
Mark said: “I am delighted to join such a well established property advisor as Ryden. I look forward to being an active member of the team and furthering my experience and career with the company”.
Alison Baker, associate at Ryden, said: “Mark adds depth and dimension to our existing offering. He joins a 17 strong team of building surveying staff across Ryden which works alongside all other departments in the firm to ensure a seamless service to clients.”
