Livingston Warehouse with Expansion Land Up For Grabs

The former Anson Food Service building in Livingston has been brought to the market on behalf of independent packaging specialist Avro Industries and is ready for occupation.
Ryden is seeking offers over £1.75million for the prominent industrial unit with office accommodation at 9 Caputhall Road, Deans Industrial Estate.
The 34,000 sq ft building lies on a total site area of 4.10 acres providing development land which would allow for 100% expansion. Only vacant a matter of weeks, the 10-year old property comprises office space spanning circa 7,800 sq ft and 26,500 sq ft of warehousing / production space, as well as having extensive yardage.
Gordon Archibald of Ryden is handling the sale. He said: “Livingston’s popularity remains strong, particularly among industrial occupiers. The building presents a great opportunity for further expansion and development and as a result I would anticipate an encouraging level of interest on top of the enquiries we have already received.”
