Leeds' Enterprise Park Full to Capacity

Enterprise Park at Moorhouse Avenue in Leeds is fully let following two deals engineered by Ryden for clients Industrious.
The 51,964 sq ft park is home to new tenants Splinters Kitchen and Bedrooms and the UK’s leading courier service, City Sprint.
Relocating firm Splinters took a 1,593 sq ft unit on a 3-year lease at £10,673 per annum which equates to £6.70 per sq ft. The lease includes a 3-month rent-free period.
City Sprint, which owns over 30 UK service centres, has signed a 6-year lease with a 3-year break option at £12,300 per annum, equating to £6.45 per sq ft. The lease also includes 3-months rent free.
Lucy Broady of Ryden said that Industrious offers flexible terms and rents which has meant the continued popularity of their properties which are achieveing strong rents despite current economic uncertainty.
