Latest Letting at 220 St Vincent Street

Ryden today announced the latest letting at 220 St Vincent Street, ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK) Limited’s highly successful refurbishment in Glasgow.

CIGNA Life Insurance Company of Europe has taken the 2,503 sq ft lower ground floor of the building at £50,054 per annum.  The company already leases two floors within the building so this latest deal takes the total space occupied by CIGNA to 10,560 sq ft and represents further expansion of its operations within Glasgow city centre. 

Hiscox Insurance occupies the top floor of the building.

Only two floors now remain available (at 6,058 sq ft and 4,698 sq ft), both of which are finished to a Grade-A specification and benefit from a high ratio of dedicated car parking spaces.

CBRE advised CIGNA in the deal.
