Blair Nimmo and Gary Fraser of KPMG, administrators of Laidlaw Drew Limited, have instructed Ryden to offer for sale the modern office/production building at 1 Lister Road, Kirkton Campus, Livingston in West Lothian. This prestige building provides 3,307 m² (35,592 sq.ft.) on a large site area of 1.95 hectares (4.81 acres). The land has development potential.On behalf of the administrators, Ryden is seeking offers in excess of £1.6 million.
